Ways to be a part of our cooperative
Below lists the ways you can be a part of our shop. If you or someone you know is interested, simply fill out the form below!
1.Become a Vendor Who is this for?
Someone who has ever wanted to have their own shop, but for whatever reason can not.
Someone who has a creative talent, decorative touch, or product they would like to sell.
What are the fees?
Rent- $1.50/sq ft.*Excludes $30 end caps, minimum rent*
Commission- 13% on all sales
Marketing Fee- $10 each month (advertisement, website, events, etc.)
Option is a Month to Month agreement. 30 days notice is required to vacate.
2. Furniture Only Consignment
Who is this for?
Someone who makes furniture and would like to have a retail location for customers to purchase.
Someone who is looking to consign their own furniture.
What are the fees?
Commission- 30% on all sales
3. Consignment
Who is this for?
Someone who makes a line of products (ex. Soaps, candles, etc.), but is not able to run a shop (ex. If you live in another state).
What are the fees?
Commission- 30% on all sales
4. Cafe/Bakery Space
Inside our 17,000 sq ft store is a cafe/bakery space. Ideally,we are looking for an exisiting business (cafe, bakery, catering, etc) to locate our store. However, we are willing to look at startup businesses with a business plan. Please contact us for further information.
